Beef, Pork, Chicken Bolognese



  1. Finely dice brown onions and saute until browned in pan
  2. Finely chop / blend garlic, rosemary and sage leaves and mix into pan
  3. Grind nutmeg, cumin and mustard seeds and mix into pan
  4. Roughly dice carrot and celery and mix into pan, cook until jut starting to soften
  5. Remove mix from pan and put aside
  6. Pour more oil into pan and then add all minced meat
  7. Brown meat in pan
  8. Re-add vegetable/spice mix to pan and mix together with browned meat
  9. Add canned tomato, paste and top up with water until just covering mixture

10. Bring to boil and then turn down to a simmer, cook for two hours (mixing occasionally)
